PRACTICAL INFO FOR EXHIBITORS

MOTORbeurs Utrecht will take place from Thursday, February 20, to Sunday, February 23, 2025, at Jaarbeurs, Utrecht.
Below, you’ll find important practical information useful for your participation in MOTORbeurs Utrecht.

WHEN?

Thursday, Feb. 20 to Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025

Exhibitor/stand opening hours:

Thursday: 07:00 - 23:00 hours
Friday: 08:00 - 23:00 hours
Saturday: 08:00 - 20:30 hours
Sunday: 08:00 - 23:00 (from 18:00 dismantling)

Opening hours visitors:

Thursday & Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

ACCESSIBILITY

With 3,100 parking spaces, including 1,400 covered spots, Jaarbeurs offers plenty of room for your car. The parking lot features 44 charging stations and 24 designated spaces for disabled parking. Additionally, Jaarbeurs is located right next to Central Station, making it easily accessible by public transport or bicycle. ZERO-EMISSION ZONE

From January 1, 2025, the municipality of Utrecht will introduce a zero-emission zone. A zero-emission zone is an area where only zero-emission company cars and trucks are allowed to drive, with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions. Jaarbeurs lies within the zero-emission zone and environmental zone. This means that it is not allowed to park or load and unload on our (parking) lot if your vehicle does not meet the admission requirements.

In MyJaarbeurs, you can find everything you need for your upcoming participation as an exhibitor at MOTORbeurs Utrecht. This includes resources such as:

Webshop: Order your electrical services, water connections, carpeting, hanging points, catering, and more.
Promotional materials: Highlight your participation.
Online profile: Complete all fields and add your logo. In time, it will be featured on our website!
Access routes and setup and takedown protocols.

Wednesday, February 19, 07:00 - 20:00 hrs (no cars allowed in the halls after 16:00, and aisles must be clear by 17:00)

Setting up standard booth construction

Wednesday, Feb. 19, 12:00 - 8:00 p.m. (no cars in the halls after 4:00 p.m.)
